What is it that we do?

We do digital art using a combination of software/apps like Procreate & Photoshop. Which we can print on a variety of physical mediums.

How long does it take?

This depends on the complexity of the image and the number of people on it.
We spend several days (3-7 days) working on your photo, depending on the complexity, and number of people. We also offer unlimited revisions (if you aren't happy about something).
 
If you want a canvas or a frame or a phone cover, we then send it to our supplier, they take anything from 3-7 business days to deliver; it may be longer for destinations outside of South Africa. Urgent orders are done at an extra R350 fee.

What do you offer?

We offer softcopies, canvases/frames and phone covers.
 
A softcopy is digital, we send it to you via email or WhatsApp in high resolution.
A canvas and a frame are wooden and both are wall mountable/ready-to-hang.

The frames have 3 colour border choices and are fitted with glass on top.

The phone cover is a silicon/rubber snap-on cover for only mainstream phone makes and models.

Can you combine multiple pictures into one?

Yes. Ideally pictures in the same or similar conditions.

Do you take pictures for your art?

Accepted Answer

No. We take existing images from you, from your camera or phone.

Do you take/restore old photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do, provided there's sufficient details on them.

How does payment work?

You can purchase what you want on our website www.artwithkanya.co.za/shop using your debit or credit card, EFT Secure or PayPal.
 
You may also buy directly from Fiverr.
 
We also accept EFT payments. Details will be provided on request.

What about collections and delivery?

Accepted Answer

We do not allow collections. Delivery is compulsory from our supplier.

Prices include free delivery across South Africa. We accept full payment before production and delivery.

We ship internationally to the USA, UK and Australia and only to southern Arican countries at an additional shipping cost.
